ReConnections and The Community Doula Program built Monarch on 4th in 2023, offering services at a physical location in Corvallis as well as meeting with clients throughout the community. Monarch on 4th clients have access to peer support, substance abuse counseling, and birthing doula supports, as well as classes on topics such as childbirth education. Clients receive appropriate referrals to medical care, trauma-informed mental health counseling, and more.

 

Monarch on 4th is a collaborative partnership between Reconnections Counseling, Midvalley Nurture, Community Doula Program, Just Care and extends heartfelt gratitude to our generous funders Inter-Community Health Network and Nurture Oregon.

 

We’re located at 520 NW 4th Street in Corvallis, Oregon.
