PRIME + Peer Program

The PRIME+ Peer Program connects Peer Support Specialists with individuals who are experiencing health-related issues due to substance use. PRIME+ peers engage people who may be out of treatment and who are at varying stages of change using a harm reduction approach.

Our PRIME + Peers work with you to establish medical care to address your health needs, Medically Assisted Treatment (MAT) services to assist in managing your substance use symptoms, and help navigate you toward other local resources to benefit your health and wellbeing.
